We decided to go to a place called Eaglereach Wilderness Resort http://www.eaglereach.com.au/, an eco resort located in Vacy in the Upper Hunter Region.

We left after work, and boy that was a fail. Traffic in Sydney was disastrous, and we didn't get out there until 9:45! Cause it was in the mountains, the fog was crazy and we were driving with our high beams on pretty much the whole way there!
Once morning hit, the place was amazing. We were literally in the clouds. There was a jacuzzi outside, and that's where we were spending most of the time!
It was a great place. The kangaroos were hanging out wherever they wanted to, breakfast was all you can eat, dinner was free and chocolates and champagne were complimentary. It was a great place and would definitely go back!
