Welcome to Puerto Rico!

Love the architecture!

After being in transit for almost 24 hours from Hawaii to Puerto Rico, it felt so good to get here!

The weather was amazing, the people are cool, and let me tell you, the bacardi is CHEAP! And when I say cheap, I mean like 12 bucks for a bottle. We totally get ripped off in Australia but it's kind of understandable since it's a city of rum making!

Anyway, so as soon as we got here, I had a shower and crashed. Thinking that I was having a 'nap', I ended up waking up at midnight... boo!!

All good, we managed to walk around Old San Juan, which let me tell you is an amazing place! The architecture is amazing, the small maze-like streets are even better, knowing that you could never get lost but at the same time you can still find small amazing stores!

We had some authentic Puerto Rican food and it was like we were eating filo food! Haha. The lady recommended a dish that tasted exactly like caldareta..mmm! She did recommend this sour juice (I don't remember the name) but it was soooo good! Turning into a big fatty right now!

Can't wait for another day in Puerto Rico!

Until then,
